Hungary Golden Visa experts conduct a preliminary check of the investor to evaluate approval chances and minimise rejection risks.
The investor prepares the necessary documents for the Hungary Golden Visa application. Our experts assist with translation and notarisation if needed.
≈ 2 weeks
The investor obtains a national D type visa valid for 6 months. The visa application is submitted at the Hungarian Consulate or Embassy in the applicant’s country of residency.
Applicants from countries with a visa-waiver agreement with Hungary can skip this step.
≈ Up to 2 months
The investor enters Hungary within the visa validity period. They have 93 days from their first entry to fulfil the investment requirement and apply for a residence permit.
The application is submitted in person at the National Directorate-General for Aliens Policing or online via the Enter Hungary platform.
≈ 3 months
Applicants visit a Migration office at the scheduled date to submit biometrics and original documents. Residency cards are issued within 21 days and sent to the investor’s specified address by mail.
≈ Up to 3 weeks
At least 30 days before the permit expires, the investor applies for an extension. They must prove they meet the extension conditions. Applications are submitted from within Hungary via the Enter Hungary portal.
